Special Edition

Exciting news from Raylene Marasco, who was the SDA rep for five years:

Hello All:
Just wanted to let you know that Dyenamix was featured on Project Runway this week.

The name of the episode was "Hey, that's my fabric!" . The contestants had 30 minutes to design their own fabric to be used in their looks.

This was a Project Runway first. We worked with the designers to choose colors from our colorbook based on the designs created on the new HP touch screen computers. They then went off to Mood to purchase coordinating fabrics and trims and began their garment construction.

At midnight, that same day, Dyenamix delivered their custom printed fabrics just as the contestants were leaving for the night. As they arrived the next day, their fabrics were printed and sitting on their desks, as if delivered by fairies. The response of the contestants was amazing!

They were very excited to see their designs realized on to fabric in such a short amount of time, and with such vivid color. I think it was a really fun challenge.
