The narrative image of “No One Is Listening”, will be displayed in a continuously looping slide show at the exhibition “Green: the Color and the Cause”, at the Textile Museum in Washington, DC, April 16 through September 11, 2011

The curators of the show, Rebecca A. T. Stevens, Consulting Curator of the Textile Museum, Washington, and Lee A. Guggenheim Museum, for inclusion in the 25th International Juried Show being presented at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, January 14 through March 18, 2011. Jeanne Beck’s work will be part of the visual installation “60/20 Virtual Tour: Art in Motion”, presented by the Arena Art Group at Rochester Contemporary Art Center in Rochester, NY for two nights only, January 13, 6-9 PM and January 14, 6 – 10 PM.

The virtual installation celebrates the Art Group’s six decades promoting contemporary fine art and the closing of the Art Center’s 20th member show.

“60/20 Virtual Tour: Art in Motion” will feature multiple projections, video interviews with artists and moving people sculptures in which the audience can become part of the art.

BLUE DOOR GALLERY EXHIBITION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JANUARY 15

The deadline has been extended to Jan 15th for the national juried exhibition, "Fiber PLUS: 21st Century Fiber with Mixed Media" at Blue Door Gallery, Yonkers, NY.

It's a companion show to Sandra Sider's 21st Century Fiber invitational at Lehman College Art Gallery, Bronx,NY.
