Two of Sharon’s quilted wallhangings, Moonseed and Urban Pathways 2: Curbside were chosen for the show this year.
Jeanne Raffer Beck will present a lecture, “Written: Word as Image” at SOFA Chicago on Saturday, November 7, at 10:30 AM. In her talk, she'll discuss how combining fragments of contemporary and ancient texts and letterforms with invented language has become a rich source of inspiration for her work.
